1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ReadyRaho.ai (the “Platform”), whether as a student candidate, college Training & Placement Officer (TPO), or public visitor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Permitted Use & User Eligibility
A. College Students & Drive Applicants
Participation in on-campus placement drives is restricted to verified students enrolled in recognized partner universities. Students must use authentic institutional credentials and provide strictly accurate academic records (CGPA, active backlogs, passing year).
B. Training & Placement Officers (TPOs)
Institutional accounts must be operated by authorized college representatives. TPOs agree to post authentic recruitment opportunities with accurate package (CTC) data, bona fide eligibility criteria, and fair evaluation standards.
C. Public Resume Studio Visitors
Public visitors may browse, customize, and print/download ATS resume templates for personal career purposes free of charge. Reselling or distributing templates commercially is prohibited.
3. Academic Integrity & Application Accuracy
Users are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their academic performance, fabricating degree credentials, altering roll numbers, or disguising active backlogs.
⚠️ Important: Any falsification discovered during recruitment screening or document verification will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to your university placement cell and visiting corporate recruiters.
4. No Placement or Employment Guarantee
ReadyRaho.ai is a recruitment workflow management and ATS preparation software platform. While we provide company-aligned formatting (TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini) and automated eligibility pipelines, ReadyRaho.ai does not guarantee interview shortlists, test clearances, or final job offers. All hiring, package finalization, and employment selections remain at the sole discretion of the recruiting corporations.
5. Paid Subscriptions, Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
ReadyRaho.ai offers paid digital subscriptions (such as our Pro Placement Suite priced at ₹29 per month, inclusive of applicable Indian taxes) billed securely through our authorized payment partner Razorpay.
A. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly through your Student Dashboard or by contacting support@readyraho.ai. Upon cancellation, your Pro entitlements will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day billing period, with no subsequent renewals billed.
B. Refund Policy
Because our software delivers immediate digital cloud access, automated AI bullet rewrites, and instant downloadable PDF formats, services are generally non-refundable once accessed. However:
- If you experience an accidental duplicate charge or technical billing anomaly, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
- If you raise a refund request within 48 hours of your initial upgrade without having utilized substantial AI evaluations, our support desk will evaluate and process your claim.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking processing guidelines.
6. Digital Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
ReadyRaho.ai delivers purely cloud-hosted software services. We do not dispatch or deliver physical merchandise.
- All upgraded account features, ATS audit scores, and resume studio export tools are fulfilled instantaneously and electronically upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
- Confirmation receipts and payment invoices are transmitted to your registered email address automatically.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary software algorithms, visual interface designs, corporate ATS layouts, and database schemas associated with ReadyRaho.ai are the exclusive intellectual property of ReadyRaho.ai. Users retain full copyright and ownership of the personal resume documents and academic records they input into the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadyRaho.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from recruiter hiring decisions, recruitment schedule postponements, platform downtime, or student application omissions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
