1. Introduction & Overview
Welcome to ReadyRaho.ai (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, including college students, job candidates, and institutional Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, utilize our company-targeted ATS resume tools, or apply for on-campus and pooled recruitment drives.
2. Information We Collect
A. Student & Applicant Information
- Identity & Contact: Name, institutional college email address, phone number, and roll / registration number.
- Academic Profile: University name, degree branch, current CGPA / percentage, graduation passing year, and active backlog count.
- Resume & Work Records: ATS resume documents, project details, internship history, and technical competencies uploaded or generated within the platform.
B. Public Resume Studio Visitors (Guest Mode)
If you access our public Resume Studio without logging in, your resume customization and PDF generation take place entirely on client-side state. We do not store or sell draft copies of your personal resume documents.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate recruitment and educational purposes:
- To verify campus drive eligibility (e.g., branch, CGPA, and backlog thresholds) before submitting placement applications.
- To allow your designated college TPO to manage selection pipelines (Shortlisted, Interviewed, Selected).
- To compile recruiter-ready master rosters (Excel / CSV) exclusively for authorized hiring corporate partners.
- To deliver real-time notifications regarding drive deadlines, interview schedules, and test links.
4. Artificial Intelligence & LLM Data Processing
When you opt to utilize our deep ATS analysis, role fit matcher, or AI bullet rewriter, your resume text is processed through Google Generative AI (Gemini) via secure, encrypted API endpoints:
🛡️ No AI Training on User Data:
In strict adherence to enterprise developer API terms, your personal resume content, names, and contact details are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve foundational AI models. Data is processed ephemerally in-memory and discarded once the evaluation report is generated.
For users choosing the “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK) tier, your requests communicate directly under your personal Google AI Studio account, ensuring complete independence and direct quota control.
5. Payment Gateway Security (Razorpay)
We process subscription payments (such as our ₹29/mo Pro Placement Suite) exclusively through Razorpay Software Private Limited.
- Zero Financial Data Storage: ReadyRaho.ai never stores, views, or handles sensitive payment card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or UPI PINs.
- PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified: All transactions are conducted within Razorpay's bank-grade, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateway complying with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) mandates.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to commercial third-party advertisers. Your information is only shared under the following conditions:
- Your College TPO: Designated university placement authorities have administrative access to applicant rosters for drives conducted through their institution.
- Recruiting Employers: When you voluntarily apply to a placement drive, your academic profile and tailored resume are transmitted to the verified company recruiter.
- Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or government authority to protect the safety and integrity of our users.
7. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL in transit and AES-256 at rest) to secure your personal records. Database access is governed by strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure students can only view authorized drives and their own application statuses.
8. Your Rights Under Indian DPDP Act 2023
